You are doing everything you can. And it is still hard.
If your child has ADHD or anxiety and you feel like you've tried everything — the rewards charts, the consequences, the conversations — and nothing is sticking, you are not failing. You may just be missing the specific tools that are designed for exactly this.
Our parent groups give you a research-backed roadmap, a small community of parents who genuinely get it, and a licensed psychologist in your corner, at a fraction of the cost of individual therapy.

DOCS K-5 ADHD Parent Group
Developing Our Children’s Skills K-5 ADHD group is an evidence-based group for parents designed at the University of South Florida
Who: Parents and caregivers of children with ADHD
How often: Eight 90-minute sessions
Topics covered: Learning about ADHD, understanding child behavior, developing preventions, new skills for children, new responses for caregivers, strengthening family relationships, navigating ADHD and school, and anxiety and ADHD.
Why it works: ADHD is a neurological condition, and that means parenting strategies designed for neurotypical children often backfire. DOCS was developed specifically for the ADHD brain, giving parents tools that work with their child's wiring rather than against it.
Investment: $1,525 for one caregiver / $1,550 for two caregivers (Includes intake session, 8 group sessions, and full program manual)
To put that in context: 8 individual therapy sessions at a comparable practice would run $2,400 or more, and you wouldn't have the peer support, the structured curriculum, or the community that makes groups so effective.
We provide a superbill for potential out-of-network insurance reimbursement. Many families receive 50–80% back from their PPO plan.

Friendship Coaching Group
Parents as Friendship Coaches for Children with ADHD is an evidence-based group for parents interested in supporting children’s peer relationships.
Who: Parents and caregivers of children with ADHD
How often: Ten 90-minute sessions
Topics covered: Understanding your child’s social behaviors, giving effective feedback about social behaviors, helping your child to choose the right friends, preparing for playdates, and teaching social skills.
Why it works: Research shows that many children with ADHD struggle with peer relationships and that parent coaching is one of the most effective ways to improve social outcomes. You know your child best. This group teaches you how to use that knowledge.

SPACE Parent Group
Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions is an evidence-based group developed by Dr. Eli Liebowitz at the Yale Child Study Center for parents of children with an anxiety disorder (e.g. generalized anxiety, social anxiety, selective mutism).
Who: Parents and caregivers of children in kindergarten through fifth grade with an anxiety diagnosis
How often: Six 60-minute sessions
Topics covered: How to change your behavior to best support and respond to your child’s anxiety.
Investment: $1400 (Includes 6 sessions and full program manual)
To put that in context: 6 individual therapy sessions at a comparable practice would run $2,000 or more, and you wouldn't have the peer support, the structured curriculum, or the community that makes groups so effective.
We provide a superbill for potential out-of-network insurance reimbursement. Many families receive 50–80% back from their PPO plan.
Why it works: The most well-meaning parents often accidentally maintain their child's anxiety by providing too much reassurance or helping them avoid feared situations. SPACE teaches you a different approach — one that reduces anxiety by changing how you respond to it.
